New to community

Hello! I'm 22 yr old and need to deal with PMO so I can regain confidence in myself. I recognized that I had problems a couple months ago, but I stopped thinking about it when I entered into my first relationship. We eventually broke up, in part due to sexual issues I had from PMO. I'm been trying to quit on my own since then, but nothing's worked.

I've always been hesitant talking about my problems, much less joining any type of community, but I recognize that's the only way I'm going to be able to beat this.

My current goal is to go 30 days without PMO, and hopefully build from there.
