I had been watching porn daily for a good part of 17 years and 3 years ago I started my porn free life. Its been a rocky road and I have made some great progress, significantly reduced relapses and I even went 6 month PMO free! But I feel like I have plateaued a little bit and have found nofap in an attempt to make that final push in my journey in stopping porn for good! I'm interested in some accountability groups as I feel like I would be able to contribute quite alot to any groups. Is there any other recommendations of places to turn on newfap? Wish me luck!
