New To NoFap

I came here to stop masturbating to porn but even more to stop masturbating in the prone position, which I believe is the cause of my ED.
When I was able to achieve an erection I was able to do it to both porn and women, so I never got to where only porn gave me an erection.
But about 12 years ago I began having ED with both porn and women and for about the last four years I have been totally impotent. Even during masturbation I would ejaculate without an erection and as I said, I always masturbated in the prone position.
I am 54 and have masturbated prone since I was 9 or 10 years old.
I began Nofap on June 21, 2017 and am now 11 days into it.
On the morning of the 22nd I awoke with very slight morning wood, something I hadn't had since I can't remember.
Yesterday morning of July 1st I again awoke with morning wood, this time quite hard, but it quickly faded away upon awakening.

Between June 22nd and July 1st, however, my penis was totally dead, so I have no idea what these two morning wood episodes so far apart signify, but I hope it's a forebearer of a positive outcome.
So far I've been able to control the urges to masturbate quite easily so far, and I hope I continue having it so easy, but I'm still very much a newbie with a long road ahead.

Any advice that can be given by the seasoned members will be greatly appreciated.
