New to NoFap

Hi everyone. I'm writing this from the basement of my house where I have been sleeping for the last week. I'm a 30 year old male. I met my wife 9 yrs ago we have been married for 7 and have 2 kids 5 and 1.5. When I met my wife she told me porn was a deal breaker and I thought i could beat it. I had never tried giving it up before this point as I grew up with it. First relapse was after we moved in together. She was in college and I work in the trades, she needed money to stay in school. I gave her the couple thousand she needed then relapsed because of the stress. I was caught because of search history and swore it off. I managed for another year or 2 before my next relapse again caught this time walked in on. Don't remember the reasoning on this one but sure it had to do with stress. I went several years after this til my next relapse and then several more times normally a couple times in a month then I'd stop myself for a year and fall back into it again. The last time I relapsed was horrible everyday and multiple time for a month. After I got caught I started therapy but my wife didn't know the severity til last week because I lied trying to spare her pain. I'm hoping with this and my therapy I can finally put all of this in my past. It seriously threatens my marriage and I need it to end.
