    Hi Everyone,

    I just discovered NoFap. I'm trying to break free from porn and masturbation... forever! I'm 26yrs old and have been watching porn since I was 14 and masturbating even before then. I've been trying to be free of porn and masturbation since I was 19. I just got married and have already seen how porn is damaging our relationship.

    Hoping to finally beat porn for good.

    Hey Luke,

    I'm also 26 and just discovered NoFap. I'm single, but looking back on the most significant relationship I had, I know my addiction heavily contributed to her decision to break up with me. I didn't even realize it at the time and she didn't even know I watched porn. That is one of many reasons why I am here, along with many others. So in other words, I can relate! Stay strong!
