Good morning, I have been struggling with pornography and masturbation for decades now. Has taken years for me to realize that it IS an addiction, despite my protests to myself that it is not. My brilliant wife has been very patient, and also instrumental with making me realize the extent and depth so the problem. It is difficult to control for any length of time, and has my marriage seriously on the ropes. I do not want to lose my wife or my family. I have tried talking to therapists, books, will power alone- nothing so far has worked. I read "Your Brain On Porn", and many things resonated. It recommended this site for help, and so I am here.
