New user from France :)

    Hi all!

    I'm 24 years old and I'm from France. I decided to join this community to really end this addiction.

    Actually, it's been about a year and a half since I started with periods of abstinence. I tried many times but I never managed to stay clean for more than 25 days. I have to say that I have come a long way, starting with 3 masturbations a day on porn two years ago.

    I am generally satisfied with this evolution but since the confinement and my attempts, I am enormously frustrated when I fail. So I decided to take things into my own hands by registering on this forum. I have decided to put an end to this addiction for good.

    Currently, I haven't watched any pornographic content for 28 days and I'm coming out of a 10-day abstinence period.

    My goal today is to first achieve 30 days clean.

    I'm really determined to achieve that goal. Peace

    Hey that's great. Ive recently passed 30 days for the first time. Welcome to the community

    By the way have you read on nofap flatline. I think you should if you haven't just to prepare yourself

    Either way don't give up no matter what. Its better to live a life full of goodness rather than living a life of 5 minutes of pleasure from pmo

    @obi64 I've heard of flatline before but I didn't really focus on it because I thought I didn't feel it.

    I have just studied this period in more detail and it corresponds to the moments when I fail - give up. I'm going to make a few adjustments to approach this period and pass it without any problem.
