New Year, and (Hopefully) a New Me

Introduce myself? Well, I'm just a middle-aged guy who has battled with masturbation addiction for far too many years, and is looking to break that addiction once and for all.

So after lurking for a while, I've decided to open up and try to join the community.

Starting small, though: let's start with making this one post and attempting one day of sobriety (is that the correct term?) and see how it goes.
