newbie to NoFap.....

    Hello everyone I am a normal guy studying engineering, I started to watch porn when i was 12 years old. Now I regret it, I am facing a lot of issues. The thing is people never get to know how addicted they are until they stop it. I am highly addicted to porn and it ruined my confidence and self esteem. I recently heard of NoFap and benefits of it, so i decided to give it a try I'll try very hard to overcome this addiction..........
