    Hello Guys

    Totolly new to this and have no idea how to proceed with the Nofap webiste. I have tried to quit on my own in the past but always relapse at some point. I have never spoken to anyone about this and I am hoping having somewhere to share my thoughts about this will help me do a better job of staying porn free.

    I will poke around the website somemore and looking forward to interacting with the community here.

    Welcome aboard. I'm new here too and I'm quickly finding that this place is awesome. I would encourage you to participate, not just in the threads you started, but comment on others as well. I think letting others know that you have certain feelings or habits help them to feel more normal. It helps you to get comfortable with talking about yourself. Not seeing yourself as dirty because of this habit puts you in a better frame of mind to tackle it head on, as opposed to doing it in secrecy with half hearted attempts.

    Thank you for the support! It's a different world today and I wonder how it really is for guys younger than me. I was already in my twenties when internet porn really started to become a thing. Now you have loads of websites in high definition. I really think young men coming up really need to be educated about the effects. It's so easy to run a search and find porn.
