    Morning was awesome can just forget the sunrise. Managed all the day accordingly. During evening when I was alone in my room suddenly images of past pornographic contents arises in my mind telling me just masturbate once more.
    Nothing will happen if u masturbate once but I did not want to repeat my mistakes and break all the promises.
    These thoughts will go and fade away of we focus on our work.
