Hey guys, just came upon this today. i PMO at least once a day sometimes twice or three times if i get bored. Going to give this my all and see how good my willpower is haha. I have recently quit a bad habit and i love the improvement it has given my life. So why not give this a shot as well. from reading a lot of posts it seems like this will be difficult, yet worth it. So any tips from experienced members? thanks in advance!
