I haven't sex in a couple years so I can't offer advice in that area. In my experience, after hitting a long no-PMO streak and relapsing, it didn't take long to reach climax... so I imagine if I have sex again with another person in the same condition, I'll finish before I even get started. This is coming from someone who used to be able to last a long-ass time in bed because I was consistently jerking off or watching porn in those days.

All that being said, sexual sobriety should be a personal definition, it's all about whatever your goals are. It's not like NoFap is lesser by the sexual problems it can cause.

It’s probably a matter of how long you wait. Like if you no PMO for like 10 days or so… I’d guess you wouldn’t have premature ejaculation but if you go like 40 days you might.
