    Hello! Im happy to be here. Ive been trying to stop P* for a long time.
    Yesterday I read parts of yourbrainonporn and I realized im addicted to it (I did suspect it earlier but now its clear)
    My hope is that I will be able to motivate others but also get help when I need it.
    Im 27 yrs old from Sweden.
    Can anyone tell me where I can start a journal?
    Thanks for the motivation all of you memebers give, reading your stories success and struggles is very inspiring!
