I've just gone 10 days fapstinence but didnt really have a goal to work towards, which made it a bit uncertain so rebooted (edging drew me in). I've spent so much of my life worrying about masturbation that I recently decided to write a letter to my future wife saying I wanted her to be the only person to satisfy me sexually, and that includes me not satisfying myself! Not sure if that was a bit unrealistic, and although i feel a bit bad giving into the temptation i feel okay knowing that, essentially, giving up m/b shouldnt be my ultimate goal, it should be making sure im not addicted and my thoughts are pure.
