you sound like your on the right track willing to do the work and even though things feel bad, its great to know why you want to succeed. its an important idea to remember that you want your life back.

 

As far as rock bottoms go, there is always one lower. I don't say that to minimize your struggle, but rather to congratulate you on recognizing that porn is something that must be eliminated from your life in order to begin one of joy and peace, in order to become the Husband and Father your family deserves, and before your current rock bottom suddenly opens wide and you fall screaming into the next one. You are the exact opposite of alone in this struggle.
