Hello guys
I have just created my account on nofap and I am expecting that it will help me get off this filthy habit that I have from last 11 years. I started watching porn at the age of 13 when I accidently got in contact with a few compact disks with nude pictures on them. I was disturbed initially as it was something new and I felt my jojo get hard so I went to the washroom and started touching it and eventually I masturbated for the very first time. Masturbation became a habit and the disks provided a good source of porn as there were plenty. I never got close with my family and my relationship with all the people weakened as I resorted to porn as my best friend. Porn damaged me a lot and I couldn't excel in anything I did and then I started feeling bad and disgusted. I started to try to quit this habit and at the point when I realized that I had defeated porn addiction, something will happen and I'll start watching porn and start masturbation again. Now I have decided that I'll not waste any more time and end this habit. I'll keep updating you guys with my progress and will need your help. Im currently on day 2 and plan for 90 days hard mode.
