Thanks to some truly inspiring youtube vids I viewed last night. ...I'm here...and have strong intention of stopping. Nearly twenty years of 'fog brain', laziness, memory impairment. ..you name it....I got it. When I saw the clips....of actual people who had all the symptoms I currently have and now are living a 'clearer' life....is motivation in itself. Hats off to all of those individuals.
