    Hello, I'm new to this community and I'm seriously addicted to PMO, hope I'll recover whole staying out with you guys! Help me be strong and not throw in the towel! I'm on day 0.
    Please give some advices on how can I be away from my phone when I do get those fu***ng urges.! Please I badly want to stop now. I'm turning 17 this year and I've had enough!
    I started watching that shit back when I was 13 and now I am so dang addicted that I can not last more than 10 days.
    I've tried quitting before but failed multifold times, please help me win over!

    Good part is you want to get rid of all that nonsense stuff. If it's your phone that is distracting you heavily, make a move and downgrade from a smartphone to a basic phone which doesn't support internet connectivity or even multimedia. It may sound stupid dumping a smartphone, but trust me it's a smart move. Siege all the ways that lead you back to PMO. Stat strong. Good luck.
