OCD, Depression and Porn

    I am suffering from Pure-O OCD and intermittent depression since almost 9 years. I also have a problem of consistently waking up on time for extended periods and having a sense of burnout only after few days at work. Can the reason for this be my addiction to porn? I have tried a lot of self-help material but I think I was barking up the wrong tree. Please can someone share the effects of porn addiction
