online productve course

    today is my day 50 of NoFap. I started to do a online course in painting and decorating. There is no time limit and you can do it at your own paste. How long should you spent normally? My mind keeps on saying to me to keep studying till your finish but i am getting bored at the moment.

    Set a timer of the amount of time you want to spend still, then take a break. Then start again
