    27 year-old who has never been fully erect with a girl because of PMO addiction. Sick and tired of it. Have been trying to reboot and heal for the last 18 months and have never come through. Longest stretch of no PMO was 30 days. It's time to heal; can't live like this much longer.

    Hi man glad to see you here looking for help don't give up on it I have found that when PMO is all I can seem to think about doing something like excersing or anything right then helps and for sure get off the computer at those moments. You may find that even starting a hobby to help keep your mind from drifting to PMO may help. Trust me I KNOW its hard keep up the fight and hope this helps!
