Panic Attacks

    Hi,

    Nigel here. I had a massive panic attack today at work, i managed to keep it together and not freak out but i was wondering has anyone else had an anxiety attack whilst on nofap/ is it connected or just a co-incidence? A woman was talking about sex at the time so it could be connected.

    Sounds connected. Sorry I cannot relate. Never had one.

    One time I fainted from a panic attack. I was high at the time which made it worse to the point of fainting. I got really dizzy, like extremely dizzy. Then everything went black, fell straight back. Woke up like 5 secs later but it was bad. Something did trigger it but I'm not sure if nofap is connected. I think it was bc it was probably a combo of those 2
