Penis stretching and Venous leak

Could mild penis stretching cause venous leak? I did some penis stretching for 5 mins per day for 11 days, no injuries occured but some discomfort. After I stopped doing them for 11 days no change happened to my eq but I got stressed about all these ed stuff and worrying what if I have VL even though I could get hard when I need to masturbate and stay hard until I finish.
