PIED and conceiving

    Hello guys

    I'm new to this thread and looking for some encouragement. I'm 36 about to turn 37 and I have been putting off sex with my wife for a almost 2 years of marriage due to ED. I use to be a heavy porn user and even now after being married for almost 2 years.

    Ever since marriage my sex life has been non-existent. We've been trying to conceive for a few months and majority of the days I'm unable to either get hard or stay hard. I'm in a bit of a panic mode now since the wife is aware that I'm having ED issues.

    I feel like I may have harmed my self with all the porn over the years and looking to rewire my brain.

    When I was around 30 I've tried the 90 day no PMO challenge and I was successful. Apart from this the most I've gone without porn has been about 3 weeks.

    I hope someone who's in a similar situation can calm my nerves.

    Oh brother sad to hear that you are suffering very badly and I can only imagine how you are feeling right now and your wife as well 2 years a lot brother and you must be strong that's why you are still in these harsh period , but brother have you ever tried Vigra or some medication to heal it out,?
    Brother have you notice any changes when you have complete 90 days streak. And brother don't worry you will get over it but make sure that you are consuming vital nutrients ( dates and bananas fuel every nutrients u lost ) and have some abundant physical activities to make your blood circulate very well and brother it's very hard pill to swallow that your wife knows your circumstances but she can understand the way you are going through and brother you can have some forplay with your wife or have some sweet conversation with your wife during healing process because the journey will take time brother and and don't try to fall into the PMo trap again dont forget what porn has done to your life I got you stay safe, you got this.
