Hello guys I m not so sure about if it is related. In the last few days I have had some headaches and about two days ago I have noticed my pee is getting pinkish transparent Color now I know some types of food make the goes red but I haven't eaten them except today which I had a red pee now I do not feel any pain yet.. And I will Color my doctor as I will wake up tomorrow morning now the only thing that has been different is that I'm doing nofap and I have started to train my pc muscle few days ago anyone had something like that or heard about it ?
