Don't look at this as an addiction. I say that because you really do decide what behaviors and habits you will choose; looking at it like it's an addiction has the potential for failure built into it because it presupposes you have no control. But that is a lie. Take responsibility. You have to decide that this is something you don't want in your life. Then begin the reboot journey and learn from and encourage the others in this community where you can get some support.
