Its always there, available, easy to reach. It costs no money, and all you need to do is reach down your pants, and one click away on a computer or a phone. I think if you were addicted to alcohol all you need to do is not buy it or go to bars. Our bar is alway open, and the drinks are free. This sucks...
Even down to the symptoms at my absolute worst have been on par with benzo withdrawal too. A lot of people misunderstand how powerful this addiction/withdrawal can really be if you let it grip hold of you.
Very true. It's basically costs you nothing and it's totally private, so it's easy to hide from virtually everyone. Also a lot of folks still don't take it seriously.
I wish they did, and I wish more software was created to filter out all the porn from the internet for those who are trying to quit. There just isnt enough out there, especially on smart phones.
Yup. Getting rid of my smartphone is the only real way for me to quit. I've been doing good, but I've had some near relapses recently do to sheer boredom and muscle memory. I just pull up a tube site without realizing it
There are those antiviruses that let you block P on android and there are apps to block P on iPhone. I used them. On computer there is K9 Web protection, you can find the link in my signature.
Exactly and besides this, it also harm our view of women. It's hard to break this habit, but it is worth do do it .
