Pmo and OCD

I have a problem with PMO where my ocd tends to make me worry that I might have done or seen something illegal while looking for pictures to pmo to. Recently this has flared up again where I was looking at some old files on my computer and I saw a picture of a topless woman and my ocd has been making me think what if she was underage or if what if there were some other underage pictures on my computer? it dosn't make sense because I've never looked at anything like that and the woman in the picture didn't look underage. Does anyone else have any problems like this?,
