    Hi,
    Whenever i feel sad or lonely i wish to see porn movies and masturbat. This is very frequently. I have lot of responsibilities, because of porn addiction i not able to do any work. My mind always thinking about porn. I diverted from my work. I m 28 now, my family look girl for my marriage. I m getting afraid that what will happen after my marriage.

    Hi, Welcome to a more halthy life.
    I passed through the same problem, and to some extent, I'm still dealing with it. The reason is: Years of addiction created pathways in our brains. These pathways connect bad situations, bad feelings, with porn. We reinforced those pathways every time we used porn to escape our problems.
    But the brain is flexible, and it can recover after a while of noPMO.
    On the other hand, Maybe you can consider put the marriage off until you finish your reboot. Just my opinion.

    We are still in the struggle.

    Hi, Its a usual fear for all boys about marriage. Im also in your stage. Get diverted. dont be afraid of ur marriage. make it happen
