    Hey please help me I m in 16 age and I want to get rid of this porn addiction
    When I masturbate I feel very bad and after 1 to 2 days after I decide to never masturbate but after I quit masturbation when I started leaving my mind pressure me to watch porn and when bad feeling come I watch porn thinking I not masturbate but after I forgot all motivation thought all
    So please help me if you help you save me .

    Look, you’re 16 bro. You’re more than likely going to masturbate. Maybe try to just cut out the porn for now? Don’t give up, start a journal and track your progress. Every time you get the urge, write about it. You can do this

    Hi I was already addicted at 16 too, I know how it feels! I felt awful and couldn't stop but kept saying I would! Great time to stop the habit is now with help from others I believe we can do it.
