    on iPhones there is a built in content blocker built in. I had my wife do the password so I wouldn't be tempted to undo it. but like an addict I found loopholes. like twitter and just replaced Phub for searching on twitter. blockers are helpful but in my opinion it takes some tenacity and discipline as well.
