Porn dream after 135 days hard mode

    Porn is unbelievably potent. After 135 days of hard mode, mostly flatline, trying to think about porn as little as possible, avoiding sexual thoughts, images etc...
    ...after fantasizing of being intimate with the girl I like (which I also avoid moslty), i fell asleep and had the full blown porn dream..the worst thing I consumed after escalation...cam sex, gay...awful...
    Obviously its so hard to get rid of

    Its okay as long as its just dream. I even had porn dream that made me have wet dream. Its a part of the process dont worry!
