I watched the great porn experiment on TED X on you tube and decided to give up internet porn and fapping. A couple of other things helped me decide - a film called Don John, about a guy addicted to porn, and Russle Brand mentioning in an interview that he had given up fapping. It all got me questioning and thinking about energy, and motivation. I believe that almost everything we do is motivated by sex, and power maybe, and taking sexual erges away through unatural means or even just reducing this key motivation ( to have sex ) can affect other areas of life, not just relationships. So, in an attempt to become more motivated and productive, to prove to myself I have some self control, well, I've made the decision to stop.
