If I don't stand for that then porn will have its affect and I will return to that unhealthy practice. This site presents the opportunity to stand up and take control back over my life.

A few I've found helpful without attributions: I deliberately leave out who the quote is from in my quotations notepad so that I take the advice as is without bias.
Since starting nofap, I realised how much my addiction had put me in a permanent state of apathy. No ambition, no long term goals etc. So this quote from Steve Jobs (said at some graduation speech I think??) really rings true to me and makes me want to get that energy back.
