I've never realize that my addiction to masturbation made me procrastinate and doubt myself alot. I had a revelation in the last month of my semester where i decided that i had to stop failing my class and focus on actually doing the work instead faping away my stress and fail school again.in these 2 months i got more confidence,more focus, and more work done without realizing why. After my semester i had a break and i went back to my old habits amd realized why i suddenly lost the focus i had suddenly acquired in my 2 months of effort...
