My first streak was 90 days than relapsed...
After that second streak was 30 days and than again relapsed.
Now I'm on third streak around 70+ days. Feeling energy and confidence. But due to current layoff seasons I sometimes get anxious. But nofap helps a lot.

But nowadays I am figuring out to switch my career, but when I think of the goal about "why I want to pursue a particular job?" I only think about it that new job can help me earn more money and with more money I can get more sex( I'm virgin) which is wrong.

Please help me how to reset my mindset ?

To me, one can switch his mindset when he starts doing things in order to give more value to the society, instead of just thinking about his own pleasure. This helps the person to stay away from the self-centeredness which resonates with the sex addiction.

I had been relapsing a lot (on average every 5~7 days) this year after breaking a long streak last year, but this mindset to strive in life and take my responsibilities as a man definitely helped me to detach myself from the self-centeredness, such that I started binging less and thinking about fapping less.

In addition, money alone can only give you resources to live. While everyone needs money, ultimately, one can only find true happiness through serving the world and giving love to the others, so focus on that while working in a job.

I hope this helps. Take care brother.

First of all, congrats on your progress with the NoFap journey! It's great to hear that you're experiencing increased energy and confidence. Switching careers can indeed bring about a mix of emotions, including anxiety, especially during layoff seasons. Remember that setbacks are part of any journey, and your determination to get back on track is commendable.

Regarding your mindset about pursuing a new job, it's important to recognize that your worth isn't solely tied to your career or your relationship status. While a new job can provide financial stability, it's crucial to focus on your personal growth, passion, and the positive impact you can make in the world through your work. Instead of associating more money with more sex, consider reframing your goals around self-improvement, skill development, and making meaningful connections.

Take time to reflect on your values, interests, and what truly brings you fulfillment beyond just external factors. Engaging in activities that align with your passions and hobbies can also boost your confidence and sense of purpose. Keep reminding yourself that your worth isn't determined by your virginity or your bank account, but by the person you are and the positive actions you take. Keep up the great work, and remember, your journey is about personal growth and becoming the best version of yourself
