Question: Nofap Break and ed

Hi, im new and i got a quick question:
I recently had a 9-10 days streak, and then broke it, because i got a gf.
But since i broke nofap, i have the feeling my dick is extra limp.
I previously had problems getting a full erection while masturbating, even tho it was not impossible.

But with my new partner it seems he doesnt want to function, even less than with fapping.
Could this be due to breaking my nofap?
Because i feel like my hormones got mixed up or smth.

To be clear.
Im not particularly nervous when im in bed with mmy girl, it is just that my arousal levels are not as high as they are with porn.
Maybe, because i cant relax idk.
Im considering the blue pill and going to the doctor.
The ed was long lasting and a few years back i suffered internal injury after fapping, that i didnt go to the doctor with, so my visit is more then due.
