Quick question about potential relapsse

    Earlier as I was laying in bed, I couldn't fall asleep and urges over took me a bit, I started jerkin WITHOUT porn, however before anything could really happen I felt a surge of anger with my self and remembered all the pain porn has caused me in life and why im doing this, and quite literally the urge/erection deflated and disappeared. I think there may have been precum but not sure since I got up ti use the bathroom. Just wandering if some would call this a relapse? I didnt orgasm or use porn, but the thought of having touched my self is really pissing me off. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

    Continue your streak, this is not a relapse, because you didn't orgasm. You stopped yourself in time. Next time, don't touch yourself. Stay strong!

    Actually, this was a great prove of strenght. It's easier not starting than stopping. This is not a relapse. But don't use it as an excuse for indulging.
