Please guide me My last streak was of 5 days I think it's going to be almost a decade in 1 or 2 year I started it without any internet just because I heard someone about fapping I don't know why I gave it a try then and after that I am stuck with it Now days or for so long I have been doing it almost 4-5 times a week I want to quit it at all When I stopped for 5 days I felt extra energy inside me . I want to feel that same energy forever since its prime time of my life so I can achieve what I want to That's it for now I will use the panic button to see what it does
