Ready for a positive change

I’ve never posted anything before I’m a public setting in my life, so bear with me. The fact that my first ever post is with the NoFap community actually makes me proud that I’m ready for a positive change in life as a whole, and I’m glad to be here.

I’m 26 years old and have struggled with chronic depression ever since middle school, leading into a PMO addiction as a means of relief. PMO for me is a daily thing, sometimes up to 3 times a day. Over the years I have always lacked motivation and willpower to be better. Reboot attempts are often but never have I thought about seeking help. PMO has impacted my relationships, my career, and my personal health, and it’s time to make a change I can be proud of. I want to be PMO free for 90 days to start, hoping to be able to manage it in the future.

Today is Day 1 and I’m looking forward to making my journey beside you all.
