    Hey guys so from a young age about 6/7 I developed a technique where I'd lay down prone, have my palms on my thighs and rub up and down.

    Since I've gotten older (28 now) my whole body is in pain, my lower back is constantly hurting, I've developed severe lordosis, muscles around the hip area feel so tight, inner groin too. My body actually sways forward to one side it's completely out of alignment.

    Before I used to think it was from gaming, but tbh I didn't game anywhere close to some people. So I looked at what position I assume when I do this method of fapping and I can only attribute it to that. My body takes such a distorted position...

    -both knees in
    -excessive curve in the back due to the forearms elevating my hip region
    -one shoulder higher also rounded
    -neck/head in off position too

    And I take this position for God knows how long, its like a time warp...

    Do you do any sport maybe?

    I forgot to add when I was younger I played sports a lot, stopped around 18 but wasn't a full time nerd, would go out etc.

    I did start lifting at 23 and not stretching however...

    I think you should meet a physician and discuss your problems. It can be caused by excessive gaming, even if you know people who spend more time playing - some people are more sensitive than others. Sport is always a good choice, but if you suppose your problems are serious then it's better to ask doctor first.

    I don't think it is caused by pornography or masturbation and I think you should not expect that somebody can really help you there. Even if some qualified doctors come here they can examine you without a personal meeting.

    I have some back pain. Amd tight hips most likely due to P use as well. Stretch a lot take yoga lessons. Flexibility decreases with age and its a determinant of a healthy life.

    I basically played sports since I was born till 18 including side sports like skateboarding, cycling etc on top of my main ones.

    I think you need to imagine the position I've fapped in since age 6/7 that I explained in the post, each thrust is tightening, tensing up all muscles and when I was younger and young adult I'd do it with so much force because I'd be imaging I'm having sex etc

    I used to think yeah it's because of age but I'm only 28 and I'm sure if it was from age everyone would be walking around with severe lordosis

    Also I see kids that played counter strike professionally for nearly 2 decades they literally play 10-12hrs a day and their posture is fine...I had about 3 hardcore years from 17-20 they've had 12/15 years lol ..

    Just meet a medical professional. The reason is not the most important now - treatment is.

    prone masterbation makes lots of damage to physical body.. even on penis nerves.. but you should contact a docter, and plz inform us also whats wrong with you.

    Sounds like anterior pelvic tilt, could be wrong.
    Try seeing a physiotherapist
