Nothing new here, suffering from the same problems as most and i've tried to get over it before. Hoping to get better with each passing day, and hopefully I can stick with it this time, good luck to everyone! P.S. I like to work out to take my mind off the addiction, what tools or tips do you use?

I wish you the best! Tip - Keep yourself active everyday, do some ab workouts daily or go lifting. Running works too. Also - Cold Showers can really help weaken the temptation. + You will feel great.
