Hello there! I finally decided to ask for help, and I am quite happy that I joined this awesome community! I am 23 years old, I attend the last year of university, but in the last years I got a serious fall in self confidence. I want to take control of my life, once for all. Hey @tripmidblock , Welcome to NoFap. Reading other peoples journals is a big part of my program and one of the ways I "work it". I just read the greatest journal entry. I don't offer opinions or advice, only ESH (Experience, Strength and Hope). I wish I could write the way he does.
