I'm 20 and I started nofap about 8 months ago. I instantly saw results and was able to focus on my studies, aced my semester and also landed an internship. Now I'm back to watching porn and I feel really guilty about it. I have seen the benefits of nofap. I want to start my streak again. I do not want to waste my day watching porn or touching myself. I have a very important semester and I need to focus on my studies.
Please give me any advice. Thanks in advance!

    Hey man.
Well done for asking for support. I think that’s a massive help. Trying to do this alone can be really hard.
I can only speak for myself, as we are all our own people and have our own journey to walk.
I would say one of the first steps is to identify your triggers. What do you think some of your triggers are?
I think that has helped me is to change my habits around triggers I have. Mornings and laying in bed is trigger. So I get up, exercise and have a cold shower.
Sexualised TV shows/films are a trigger so I make an active choice not to watch them.
When I get bored I want to use, so now I make sure I am busy or have things I know that need doing.
Finally, as I don’t want to waffle on, I would say try and identify what your use is helping you numb or relieve. If you don’t try and understand that you will be vulnerable to the addiction.
If you ever want to chat feel free to PM me. I’m happy to support in anyway I can.
Also remember to be kind to yourself, I find that’s helpful as well.

My advice is that you continue what you did before, because you did a good streak and improved a lot in your studies.

Something happen that caused the slip. Analize what happened in your streak that caused the fall, it was something you ignore for a lot of time, usually it is, or an all of the sudden trigger or both. And fix that and act as if nothing happen. Don't panic.

Thanks a lot bro. I feel that my main triggers are free time and stress. I need to develop a habit and keep myself busy as you pointed out. Also that last point of being kind to myself is something I really need to work on! Will PM you if I need help. Thanks a lot!!

Agreed man. I just gotta repeat what I did in the last 6ish months. Maybe I just gave in to my silly thoughts and starting acting on them. Need to control my mind better. Thanks!
