    I'm ready after a relapse this year , been on masturbation since I can remember at age 3, porn at age 16 not a regular at porn but sometimes I watch back to back and masturbate as well .... Stopped porn 2013, tried to stop MBT before age 30 there was progress but now at age 31 I lost some precious relationships and gained nothing in new relationship and found solace in MBT then added porn in July but I choose ystday to be the last day of my life in MBT... Found this thru research and looking forward to serious positive help.

    I joined yesterday and I am 1 day free today after a relapse in May this year,I am confident I can go longer days and soon it will be a thing of the past
