Relapsed after 76 days of abstinence but no porn

I masturbated after 76 days of abstinence. I will still haven't watched porn. This was due to the morning glories and I lost my battle today. I reset my counter and will start my journey from today. I have struggled with porn and that's pretty much under control. I need to keep my sexual thoughts in control. It was not as bad in terms of seeping energy as it had been in the past but I need to be careful going forward. My eventual target is no PMO and I have been able to cut porn out completely. I attribute this to the insipiring posts from my colleagues here. Thank you all!
