Relapsed after a long streak getting back up is harder than i thought it would be

Recognizing this about yourself is a really important step towards taking control of your situation. Everyone is different, and everyone has a different foundation beneath their problems with porn. Stress was never really a component for me. I'm generally a pretty relaxed person. The bigger components for me were loneliness, emotional frustration, and trauma.
