So after 37 days of no PMO I relapsed! It's weird it felt like a massive relief and weight off my mind. Since the 30 day mark (roughly) I had been thinking about it more and more and now I am not. However after doing a little reading here I realise that this is my brain giving it one last ditch attempt to get that Dopamine reward and well I guess it won this time. So I am now more determined than ever. I am looking at the reasons why I started this in the first place (mainly for my girlfriend). So I have decided to get myself an AP so we can both keep track of each others progress as I really want to reach 90 Days!!! Thanks for Reading Friday
