    So here i am again. Deleted the account months ago. Now i am back. My own telegram group helped me a great deal. I never got futher than 20 days, i think its due some bad habbits i have.

    I want to abstain fully of pmo sexting, caffeine drugs and alcohol. That is my goal. I hope to replace social media with this forum, and to find wishdom and knowledge here!
